To maintain the highest quality and safety standards, we do not offer custom ingredient swaps. However, we provide a wide variety of options including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan plans.
What is the shelf life of the food?
Our meals are prepared fresh and never frozen. They typically stay fresh in your refrigerator for 5 to 7 days after delivery. Each container is labeled with a specific 'use-by' date.
Do you offer a subscription or one-time purchases?
We offer both! You can choose a flexible weekly subscription to save on your orders, or purchase individual meals a la carte whenever you need them.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We prioritize local sourcing and work with sustainable farms to provide organic produce and hormone-free proteins whenever possible to ensure maximum nutritional value.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
